About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive System and Network Administrator to keep our IT environment secure, efficient, and reliable. You’ll manage end-user systems and network infrastructure while driving continuous improvement in performance and security.
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore

Key Responsibilities
End-User Support & Infrastructure
- Provide technical support for IT hardware, software, and network issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Perform OS installations, configurations, patches, and upgrades for enterprise devices
- Manage IT asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, and accurate inventory tracking
- Facilitate employee onboarding/offboarding including account provisioning, device setup, and access management
Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenant including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune
- Configure tenant security settings, conditional access policies, and compliance features
- Troubleshoot M365 service issues and manage mobile device management (MDM) policies
- Manage licensing and monitor usage for cost optimization
Network & Systems Management
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including [switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, wireless access points]
- Manage [Windows Server / Linux] environments, Active Directory, and Azure AD infrastructure
- Administer DNS, DHCP, and other network services
- Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions
Security & Compliance
- Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions including [antivirus, EDR, patch management]
- Monitor security logs and respond to incidents following established protocols
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and ensure compliance with [relevant standards]
- Manage firewall rules and network access controls
Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Provide support, phone, email, or remote access tools while meeting SLAs
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations
- Generate reports on system performance, support metrics, and incidents
- Identify automation opportunities
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of system and network administration experience
- 1+ years with Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with Active Directory/Azure AD and network infrastructure management
Technical Certifications (One or more required)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / M365 Administrator
- CompTIA Network+ / Security+
- Cisco CCNA
- Other relevant certifications

- Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux
- Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls
